Frank is a true craftsman and takes immense pride in his work. I am about to start my third re-upholstery project with him. He re-upholstered an ornate wood, antique chair that had belonged to my mother-in-law with a complex fabric and it was perfect. All seams matched, the fabric was centered, the piping lined up and he created a matching small cushion out of the extra fabric without charge. It is beautiful.
I concur, Frank and his team at Accent Furniture Upholstery are amazing. His pricing is great and a very good bargain for the stellar work he does.
I have been taking furniture to Frank for about 4 months. He has restored 3 chairs for me and my family.
The first chair needed a new cushion, springs and needed to be re-upholstered. It was beautifully stitched and was better than I hoped for.
The second was a rocking chair that needed to be tightened and re-upholstered. As you can see from the pics, the original seat was 70s gold and now it is a pretty teal pattern.
The last was a large chair frame that needed to be reconditioned, a seat built, cushion, and upholstery. This was a estate sale find and the wood was very dry and marred. Frank turned this drab skeleton of a chair
into a rich masterpiece. Frank really loves what he does and it shows in his craft. Most of my orders were completed within a week or two, depending on the manner of the job.
From what I have seen in his shop, he also handles headboards, couches, and larger stuffed chairs.

I brought them a very old chair that came right out of a farm house and Frank explained where I could pick out a leather hide, how to condition the wood and what they would do to restore the soft parts of the chair. They did a fantastic job and I couldn’t be happier with the result!
I will be taking my next upholstery project to them.

I took my mid 60s vintage teak dining chairs to Frank. I had removed the original woven caned seats. He replaced them with webbing and fabric. They look great and are more comfortable than before and retain the same look. The job was done on time, as promised, at the quoted price. I am very pleased with the work.
